Terms of Use

These terms apply only to Kernl Systems Inc.'s informational pre-launch site and private waitlist. They do not describe or grant access to a production software product, customer account, or farm-data service.

By using the public site or submitting a waitlist request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.

You must provide information you are authorized to share and keep your request accurate. Kernl may use it as described in the Privacy Policy to manage the private waitlist, understand what brought you to Kernl, send one transactional confirmation, provide privacy, security, or service notices required to manage your request, and reply directly when you agree to a conversation with Kevin.

Agreeing to these terms and the waitlist checkbox is not consent to unrelated marketing and does not authorize status, eligibility, launch, or access-invitation emails.

Joining the waitlist does not promise timing, access, availability, or pricing. Kernl may change, pause, or close the waitlist.

You may unsubscribe from waitlist email at any time.

You may use the public site only for lawful informational and waitlist purposes.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site or its security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or use the waitlist to send false, unlawful, or abusive material.

Kernl Systems Inc. or its licensors own the Kernl name, branding, site design, text, and other public materials. You may view them for your own informational use but may not copy, modify, resell, or misrepresent them as your own.

The site may describe intended product direction. Pre-launch descriptions are informational and may change as Kernl is built.

Kernl aims to keep the public site accurate and available but does not guarantee that informational content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Nothing on the public site is agronomic, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on pre-launch material for farm, production, financial, or safety decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
